Apethyst Guard

Meet the "Apethyst Guard".

There are many small colonies in the woods around the Loredwell mountains. They were built for breeding Shrilobits, creatures the size of larger guinea pigs visually resembling small octopus creatures with dwarf tentacles mostly bred for their roe which is long-term energy source. Shrilobits hate too much daylight, also cant be closed in one small area with other shrilobits. There are many colonies breeding five - ten of them maximally in the deepest parts of the forest. Mostly guarded by the Apethysts. They're amazing creatures. Faithful to the place and people who thay grew up with. Really inteligent but also pretty dangerous and distrustful of creatures they don't know. They're often used as guardians thanks to their abilities and nature.
